Do you offer valet pickup and delivery?
Yes. Our valet service picks up and drops off every Tuesday and Friday. We make garment care easy by coming directly to you, so you can keep your clothing, laundry, and specialty pieces cared for without making an extra trip.
How much is wash and fold service?
Our wash and fold service is currently $2.50 per pound. This includes washing, drying, folding, and neatly packaging your everyday laundry. We will also be launching a membership option by the fall for customers who use wash and fold regularly.
Example: A family of 4 usually has around 50lbs of clothing weekly to wash and fold.
Do you offer next-day dry cleaning service?
Yes. We offer next-day service for garments dropped off before 3:00 PM. Items dropped off before 3:00 PM will be ready the next day by 5:00 PM. Some specialty garments, delicate fabrics, heavy staining, or formalwear may require additional time.
Can you clean cultureal formal wear and delicate garments?
Yes. We provide careful cleaning and care for cultural formal wear, including sarees, lehengas, sherwanis, embroidered pieces, beaded garments, and delicate fabrics. Each garment is inspected individually so we can choose the safest cleaning method for the fabric, embellishments, and construction.
Do you offer alterations?
Yes. Alterations are completed personally by the owner, Eddie Murgasen, with a typical turnaround time of 1 week. Services may include hemming, resizing, repairs, zipper replacement, and adjustments for a better fit.
